📋 Description

• Support scheduling activities on multiple programs • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met • Provide guidance and analysis in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis • Support creation and execution of program plans • Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and integrated master schedules • Integrate major projects across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other functional groups • Track plans and schedules and solicit regular updates • Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts • Use milestone charts, earned value management, and project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances • Reconcile cost and schedule with the program cost analyst and address root causes of mismatches • Contribute to organizational projects and goals and develop solutions to problems • Contribute ideas for training materials and suggest process or tool enhancements • Comply with DI-MGMT-81861A, the DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide • Abide by company policies, ethics, and standards of business conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Experience with Microsoft Project • Experience with Earned Value Concepts • U.S. citizenship is required • Ability to access information under the applicable program/contract as an authorized U.S. citizen • Aerospace & Defense experience preferred
