📋 Description

• Design and implement technical and functional solutions for migration and integration of Quality Management Systems with enterprise applications • Work with business stakeholders to define process enhancements and document requirements • Ensure alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget • Lead and support projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies • Manage decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies • Follow gated approval and sign-off processes • Manage third-party suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams and other RTX business units • Drive continuous improvement to enhance application performance, quality, and reliability • Ensure production applications meet service-level expectations • Participate in work group meetings, travel, teleconferences, and training • Optimize efficiency and reduce waste using value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers • Support other duties and functions as required • Contribute to Pratt & Whitney’s transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and support advanced Quality Management Systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery • Proficiency with SAP Quality Management (ECC and S/4HANA), including configuration and integration with Material Master, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems • Experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications • Hands-on experience navigating complex SAP landscapes • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners • Ability to understand and interpret diverse business processes • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to dynamic business environments • Results-driven mindset • U.S. citizenship required • Available and able to travel based on business needs
