📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing for nonproduct Facilities OSC-led categories • Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, negotiate with suppliers, and implement sourcing initiatives • Manage and execute enterprise-wide/corporate-level RFPs/RFQs and contracts for multi-year global category strategies • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance • Organize spend data for reporting and strategic planning • Analyze external markets, trends, cost drivers, and innovation opportunities • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals • Collaborate with business units, legal, finance, engineering, operations, and human resources • Understand requirements and support creation of standards and specifications • Serve as trusted advisor and escalation point for complex sourcing decisions and supplier transitions • Lead supplier performance management using KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives • Develop supplier capability roadmaps and drive innovation and sustainability initiatives • Follow sourcing governance, corporate policies, risk management requirements, and category playbook • Support cost modeling, benchmarking, and should-cost analysis

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree • 10+ years of relevant experience in facilities, manufacturing, procurement, or category management • Demonstrated success leading RFPs and negotiating large-scale contracts, preferably in a multinational environment • Ability to lead a team in a matrixed organization, influencing with and without direct authority • Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights from complex datasets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to travel up to 25%
