📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments • Support virtual infrastructure using Nutanix, VMware, and Citrix technologies • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and infrastructure issues • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server replication • Implement system updates and enhancements following established best practices • Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain system security and compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise infrastructure • Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with user training • Reference written work instructions for daily job activities • Administer and optimize physical and virtual infrastructure • Implement new technologies aligned with industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience • 2+ years administering and supporting VMware environments, including vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi • Experience implementing, migrating, supporting, and troubleshooting cloud-based infrastructure and architecture solutions • Experience administering or supporting enterprise data storage technologies, including NAS and SAN solutions • Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, such as Nutanix and Citrix platforms • Experience with TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, and routers in enterprise environments • Experience developing technical solutions and documentation for complex infrastructure issues and recurring issue prevention • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract • Preferred: 4+ years using VMware vCenter, vSphere, and ESX virtual computing methods • Preferred: Azure, AWS, or Oracle cloud foundation certification • Preferred: HP blade technology, HP Boost, Loestream, NVIDIA GPU, Citrix, and Nutanix hyper-converged capability • Preferred: Advanced system performance monitoring and associated tool deployment • Preferred: Windows WSUS, SCCM, or other patch management tools • Preferred: Linux system administration and Red Hat Enterprise Linux knowledge • Preferred: Remote services and performance optimization • Preferred: License managers in Windows or Linux environments • Written work instructions are available in English only
