• Partner with a key supplier to manage, prioritize, execute, and resolve issues preventing manufacturing, rework, and delivery according to established schedules • Develop, implement, and maintain supplier product execution and delivery schedules • Communicate challenges, actions, owners, and needs at multiple levels within Raytheon and the supplier • Drive closure of Raytheon-owned actions by building relationships • Drive closure of supplier-owned actions by gaining trust and clearly communicating Raytheon priorities • Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve supplier performance and align execution and future business priorities • Discuss material, technical, and resource challenges using manufacturing experience • Lead cross-functional teams overseeing supplier delivery and quality performance • Improve supplier delivery performance and ensure suppliers meet contracted business objectives • Proactively identify and efficiently resolve operational, contractual, sourcing, and technical problems • Attend internal and external meetings via Zoom • Travel domestically 25–50% of the time
• University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • Extensive operations, program management, and supply chain management skills • Ability to lead across functional and organizational boundaries • Ability to perform duties with minimal oversight • Ability to understand organizational goals, create plans, and determine tactical tasks • Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrix organization • Demonstrated experience developing suppliers and improving performance and affordability • Demonstrated experience in the Electronic Commodity • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Communication, team building, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills • Ability to lead and present executive-level reviews and briefings • Ability to travel 25–50% domestically • Defense industry experience and familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements • Leadership experience in program management, commodity management, supplier performance management, and/or procurement • Knowledge of leading and managing supply chain processes, projects, and tactics • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Program Management, and Engineering • Ability to attend meetings using Zoom and be on camera
