📋 Description

• Advise and represent the organization on contractual matters • Ensure contractual activities comply with corporate policies and procedures • Review U.S. Government and commercial customer requests for proposals • Identify proposal requirements and review terms and conditions • Assist in proposal development and secure required management approval for submissions • Negotiate and execute complex customer contracts • Identify contractual and business transaction risks and recommend mitigation alternatives • Support program management teams and understand technical aspects of products and services • Provide strategic analysis, recommendations, and advice on contractual matters • Coordinate with subject matter experts on intellectual property, indemnity, and liability topics • Prepare documentation for legal and contract negotiations and relationships • Maintain accurate historical contractual records • Manage a high volume of projects of varying complexity simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • US Government contract experience • Experience working with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, etc. • U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Skilled in U.S. Government and commercial contracting and contract negotiation • Proficiency in redlining, drafting, summarizing contract terms, negotiating, letter writing, and managing commercial and military contracts • Ability to work within integrated project teams and follow corporate governance, policies, and procedures • Highly organized, adaptable, results-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
