📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of Learning & Talent Development and represent the function in senior forums • Collaborate on strategic people priorities across the organization • Lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives from design through implementation • Coordinate across L&TD teams, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress, and measurable impact • Shape the learning technology ecosystem and partner with HRDT and vendors to evolve platforms and learner experience • Advise HR and business leaders on workforce readiness, learning trends, and capability development • Guide enterprise capability frameworks, role-based skill requirements, taxonomies, and career pathways • Integrate learning with digital, organizational, and cultural transformation efforts • Lead change enablement supporting adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change • Support business cases, vendor strategy, and learning investment prioritization • Establish and mature L&TD processes for budgeting, contracting, capacity planning, and coordination • Identify capacity gaps, remove roadblocks, and support timely, high-quality team delivery • Partner with Learning Operations to implement scalable delivery and measurement standards • Support data collection and impact measurement • Create strategic presentations and executive storytelling materials • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and benchmarks to inform strategy • Maintain team-owned resources, portals, and communication channels • Travel up to 40% to support global program execution, regional stakeholders, and learning events

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience • 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management • Proven ability to lead strategic learning initiatives • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, project leadership, and influential leadership skills • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and content development • Advanced writing and facilitation skills • Advanced PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills; ability to build executive-ready decks • Experience building and managing operational processes such as budgeting, planning, or vendor management • Ability to balance strategy and execution • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and move work forward independently • Deep understanding of vendor management, including RFPs, partnerships, and external delivery oversight • Global mindset and experience designing scalable, culturally adaptive learning solutions • Strong working knowledge of enterprise learning systems such as LMS and LXP and learning technologies • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Master’s degree in OD, L&D, HR, Business, or related field preferred • Experience in a complex, matrixed global organization preferred • Leadership of L&TD COE preferred • Certifications in coaching, psychometric assessments, and/or change management preferred
