📋 Description

• Deliver IT solutions for Operations, including production, assembly and test, and plant maintenance organizations • Engage with operations stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions • Partner with cross-functional Digital Technology teams, third-party software vendors, partners, and subject matter experts • Propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and apply best practices and technologies • Define process opportunities that streamline business processes and drive business benefits • Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other applications • Support the SAP ECC environment and production and engine center projects • Participate in the SAP S/4HANA digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream • Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents • Provide seamless integration between Operations and enterprise applications • Lead or participate in ERP projects and align stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget • Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvements through standard application configurations • Provide knowledge transfer to post-go-live support teams • Travel as required by business and project needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 8+ years of Information Technology experience, including customer-facing experience, requirements gathering, functional/technical solution design, support, and project management/delivery; OR advanced degree and 5+ years of Information Technology or related-field experience with the same qualifications • 5+ years of SAP configuration experience in the SAP Production Planning module • SAP S/4 experience is desired • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills • Project management experience • U.S. citizenship required • SAP PP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience preferred • Working knowledge of other SAP modules preferred • Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape preferred • Leadership of successful process improvement initiatives preferred • Process development and implementation across organizational boundaries preferred • Agile mindset and experience implementing and supporting scaled agile practices preferred • Program debugging experience preferred • BTP/MES experience preferred • Ability and availability to travel based on business/project needs
