📋 Description

• Prepare proposals, including offer letters, representations and certifications, and other RFP documentation • Review, analyze, and negotiate terms and conditions • Manage proposals and mitigate business risks • Own contract management and administration actions across the contract lifespan • Draft, interpret, and manage contract documents • Adhere to standardized procedures and compliance documentation • Interface with internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder inquiries • Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate and resolve difficult or complex matters • Provide guidance on contractual rights and obligations, regulations, and policies/procedures • Work autonomously with limited oversight • Perform contract closeout activities, including material and property dispositioning, patent reporting, and final invoicing • Manage dynamic contracts supporting the ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver program within the Electronic Warfare Systems portfolio • Partner with assigned program teams in support of the Raytheon mission

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience • Experience leading and/or administering U.S. Government Contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Demonstrated success working in a remote environment and with a remote cross-functional team • Ability to multitask with routine and complex contract/proposal activities while responding to emerging quick-response activities • Experience with contracts administration and negotiation of proposals and contracts of medium to high complexity • Mature judgment, proactive involvement in strategic issues, and problem-resolution skills • Ability to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
