• Establish and maintain manufacturing program governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting standards • Manage strategic manufacturing initiatives across multiple plants, product lines, and operational disciplines • Identify and mitigate program risks, maintain RAID logs, drive corrective actions, and escalate as needed • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, financials, benefits, and key decisions • Lead and develop Managers, Manufacturing Projects and Associate Managers, Manufacturing Projects • Lead cross-functional teams across Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning & Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, and Business Technology • Develop and maintain manufacturing infrastructure and capacity plans • Oversee integration of capital equipment, systems, and technologies into manufacturing operations • Investigate and recommend technologies and process improvements for productivity, quality, safety, visibility, and ergonomics • Provide engineering feedback on Design for Manufacturability and process readiness • Manage CapEx, COGS drivers, ROI strategies, and value delivery • Collaborate with regional teams on operational readiness and regulatory compliance • Track manufacturing quality concerns and feed findings into product and process improvements • Improve visibility into manufacturing process flow and operational KPIs through dashboards and standard reporting • Facilitate structured decision making for layouts, equipment, processes, and technology selections • Apply Lean principles to daily management, deliverables, systems, and processes • Facilitate adoption of new systems, processes, and projects using change management methods such as ADKAR • Support bid and proposal processes with manufacturing inputs on capacity, timelines, risks, cost, and technology recommendations • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Bachelor's degree required in any related field of study • Master's degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrialized construction, or related field • Travel requirement of 0-25% • Work schedule between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
