📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of project plans regarding quality measures • Define milestones and timelines and ensure projects meet deadlines • Establish and track performance metrics aligned with Stars and quality measures • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide leadership updates on progress and challenges • Oversee day-to-day operations of key initiatives, including tools, workflows, and support structures • Monitor program performance and lead continuous improvement efforts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies and clinical outcomes • Drive strategic direction for Clinical Transformation initiatives, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations • Build consensus around best practices and support implementation of clinical programs • Oversee collaboration to pilot and scale new clinical programs • Synthesize complex data and present actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders • Translate complex business challenges into strategic recommendations and cohesive stories
