📋 Description

• Support implementation project management under leadership direction • Manage client meeting schedules and agendas based on project scope agreements • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and Operations, Client Success, and other service lines • Use Excel and Power BI to create and present meeting materials • Create, deliver, and present standard and ad hoc client-facing materials • Analyze and convey numerical or statistical data using pivot tables, graphs, and spreadsheets • Verify or communicate account-level auditing and integrity issues to clients • Facilitate client meetings and manage action items • Respond to client requests via email and calls • Understand client needs and manage expectations • Partner with Client Success on meeting deck preparation, QA, and validation • Support Client Success and Business Development initiatives and identify additional business opportunities • Provide case-level feedback to clients via email or SFTP • Manage client information requests, including documents and claim updates • Promote a supportive and positive team culture aligned with Cloudmed’s values • Contribute hands-on support and ideas to internal team initiatives • Manage client health KPIs with Cloud members to identify and escalate potential client detractors • Prepare and present detailed client reports with revenue cycle recommendations and analysis of contract terms, government policies, and legislative changes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of client-facing experience within Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management • Strong Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred • Proficiency with Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (intermediate level Excel or above) • Proven experience building reports, validating data, providing analysis, and quality assurance
