📋 Description

• Manage operations for a portfolio of student housing properties • Execute strategic objectives set by the Regional Vice President • Assess risk, create strategies, and implement solutions with teams • Oversee staffing, recruitment, hiring, training, and development • Drive corporate initiatives to community team members • Visit assigned properties for inspections covering curb appeal, safety, operations, capital improvements, risk management, common areas, and brand consistency • Guide move-in, move-out, and turn processes • Respond to property emergencies and escalate issues • Coach team members and support employee engagement • Review occupancy, delinquency, collections, bad debt, budgets, variances, capital expenditures, contracts, and financial performance • Develop leasing, market, sales, and revenue strategies • Facilitate weekly sales calls and collaborate with Regional Revenue Managers • Oversee marketing activities, market analyses, revenue proformas, and leasing targets • Maintain Scion’s customer experience philosophy and brand integrity • Resolve escalated resident complaints • Use technology to identify property problem patterns and implement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• College graduate preferred • Minimum of 4 years of property management experience • Direct supervisory experience • Prior multi-site management preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems • Must be based near a major hub like San Marcos, TX • Ability and willingness to travel • Eligible to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
