📋 Description

• Own governance, planning, and execution of manufacturing programs across one or more sites and production disciplines • Establish and maintain manufacturing program governance frameworks, standardized metrics, and reporting processes • Manage a portfolio of strategic manufacturing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes • Identify and mitigate risks, maintain RAID logs, drive corrective actions, and escalate when necessary • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, financials, benefits, and key decisions • Lead and develop Managers, Manufacturing Projects and Associate Managers, Manufacturing Projects • Lead cross-functional manufacturing support teams for initiative and launch-plan delivery • Develop and maintain manufacturing infrastructure and capacity plans • Oversee integration of capital equipment, systems, and technologies into manufacturing operations • Investigate and recommend technologies and process improvements to improve productivity, quality, safety, visibility, and ergonomics • Provide engineering feedback for Design for Manufacturability and process readiness • Lead manufacturing financial objectives, including CapEx, COGS drivers, ROI strategies, and value delivery • Collaborate with regional teams on operational readiness and compliance with local regulations and standards • Support methodologies for tracking manufacturing quality concerns and feeding insights into product and process improvements • Partner with cross-functional teams and business technology to provide visibility into manufacturing process flow and operational KPIs • Facilitate structured decision making for layouts, equipment, processes, and technology selections • Drive Lean principles into daily management, deliverables, systems, and processes • Facilitate adoption of new systems, processes, and projects using change management methods such as ADKAR • Support bid and proposal processes with manufacturing inputs on capacity, timelines, risks, cost, and technology recommendations • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in any related field of study • Master's degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrialized construction, or related field • Travel: 0-25% • Work schedule between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday • Ability to pass a background and drug test • Knowledge of manufacturing program governance, performance metrics, and reporting standards • Experience managing strategic manufacturing initiatives across multiple plants, product lines, and operational disciplines • Experience leading teams and cross-functional manufacturing support teams • Knowledge of new product introductions, capacity expansions, line launches, facility readiness, process changes, and strategic manufacturing initiatives • Experience integrating capital equipment, systems, technologies, and workflows into manufacturing operations • Knowledge of Lean principles and change management methods such as ADKAR • Knowledge of CapEx, COGS drivers, ROI strategies, and value delivery • Ability to support Design for Manufacturability and process readiness • Ability to use structured decision-making methods such as Choosing By Advantages • Ability to collaborate with Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning & Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, and Business Technology teams
