📋 Description

• Identify and deliver solutions to meet the complex needs of Wholesale customers • Receive incoming quotes and orders from Wholesale partners • Evaluate incoming opportunities and prepare complex proposals • Engage with boundary partners to ensure efficiencies • Enhance partnerships with carrier clients and understand their needs while promoting Astound’s products • Enhance the partner’s experience at every interaction • Analyze complex issues and develop financially sound solutions • Use financial modeling tools and understand complex financial and business strategies to promote sales attainment goals • Perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production and coordination for sales/business development efforts • Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposal efforts, deliverables, win strategy development, and sales strategies • Work with technical teams to develop solutions to meet customer needs • Execute sales strategies to drive customer demand • Provide training and ongoing training of Astound’s capabilities to partners • Respond to customer requests for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, and pricing • Support Wholesale team and partners in engineering, implementation, and account management from pre-sales through post-sales • Handle escalations and find solutions in challenging circumstances • Maintain up-to-date reporting in various CRM systems for all opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 7+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise, Carrier or Wholesale Channels • Minimum 5 years of strategic pricing or business analyst experience • Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills • Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results • Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, and customers • Detail, quality, and timeline-oriented • Exhibits commitment, resilience, accountability, and teamwork • Strong technical background working with and developing software systems in the telecommunications industry preferred • Working knowledge of general marketing tools and processes preferred
