📋 Description

• Lead the IKC Clinical Education team • Create, plan, and execute leadership training and development strategy • Support teammate experience from onboarding through personal and professional development • Address training needs for transition into IKC and role and responsibility changes • Plan content delivery and training schedules • Create learning tools and manage training logistics • Collaborate with operations support, Wisdom, product, and clinical transformation teams • Develop and implement education offerings to increase value and efficiency for IKC leadership • Identify, analyze, and drive continuous improvement of educational offerings • Report training program performance to the leadership team • Partner with operations and field leadership to optimize teammate performance • Organize education modalities and training calendars • Create innovative education solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree • Demonstrated expertise teaching adult learners with different learning styles • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Advanced proficiency in a Learning Management System (LMS) • Active membership in training and development professional organizations preferred • Demonstrated expertise organizing and speaking at large corporate meetings preferred • Value Based Care leadership experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 25% to live trainings
