• Establish and maintain manufacturing program governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting standards across assigned portfolios • Manage strategic manufacturing initiatives across multiple plants, product lines, and operational disciplines • Identify and mitigate risks, maintain RAID logs, drive corrective actions, and escalate issues • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, financials, benefits, and key decisions • Lead and develop Managers and Associate Managers responsible for NPIs, capacity expansions, new operations, line launches, and process improvements • Lead cross-functional manufacturing support teams to deliver initiative and launch-plan outputs • Develop and maintain manufacturing infrastructure and capacity plans supporting sales forecasts and business growth • Oversee integration of capital equipment, systems, and technologies into manufacturing operations • Investigate and recommend technologies and process improvements for productivity, quality, safety, visibility, and ergonomics • Provide engineering feedback for Design for Manufacturability and process readiness • Lead manufacturing financial objectives, including CapEx, COGS drivers, ROI strategies, and value delivery • Collaborate with regional teams on operational readiness and regulatory compliance • Support quality tracking methodologies and product/process improvements • Partner with business technology teams to provide visibility into process flow and KPIs through dashboards and reporting • Facilitate structured decisions for layouts, equipment, processes, and technology selections • Drive Lean principles into daily management, deliverables, systems, and processes • Facilitate adoption of systems, processes, and projects using change management methods such as ADKAR • Support bid and proposal processes with manufacturing input on capacity, timelines, risks, costs, and technology recommendations • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree required in any related field of study • Master's degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrialized construction, or related field • Ability to work between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday • Travel requirement of 0–25% • Successfully pass a background and drug test • Ability to lead and develop manufacturing program and project management teams • Knowledge of manufacturing program governance, standardized metrics, reporting processes, capacity planning, and operational readiness • Knowledge of new product introductions, capacity expansions, line launches, facility readiness, process changes, and strategic manufacturing initiatives • Knowledge of Lean principles and change management methods such as ADKAR • Ability to manage CapEx, COGS drivers, ROI strategies, and value delivery • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning & Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, and Business Technology • Ability to support Design for Manufacturability and process readiness • Ability to facilitate structured decision making using Choosing By Advantages or similar methods
