📋 Description

• Administer contracts with U.S. government agencies, prime government contractors, foreign governments, and domestic and international commercial customers • Negotiate and manage various contract types • Initiate, track, and monitor contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, terms and conditions risks and mitigations, and related documentation • Manage government, international, and commercial contracts according to company policies, applicable laws, and customer requirements • Manage contracts and business relationships with assigned customers • Participate in proposal reviews and approvals • Brief management on terms and conditions risks and mitigation strategies • Review contractual terms and conditions for acceptability and assess proposal risks and impacts • Identify significant risks and develop contract terms and conditions to mitigate them • Provide alternate terms and conditions to customers • Lead contract negotiation and management • Coordinate sales, finance, service, and legal inputs to structure contracts • Analyze contracts for compliance with company policies, government specifications, and other requirements • Provide contract status and assistance to program managers, functional areas, and management • Provide business advice to LCVSM/program management teams • Close out contracts according to applicable procedures • Communicate contract information and maintain complete, accurate contract files • Serve as principal interface with internal and external customers on contractual matters • Resolve or coordinate resolution of contractual problems in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Government and commercial contract management experience preferred • Ability to negotiate and manage various contract types • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions, risk assessment, and mitigation • Ability to assess proposal risks and impacts • Ability to coordinate sales, finance, service, and legal inputs • Ability to analyze contracts for compliance with company policies, government specifications, applicable laws, and customer requirements • Ability to maintain complete and accurate contract files • Ability to work independently on complex contractual matters • Strong technical and leadership skills
