📋 Description

• Establish operational strategy, performance expectations, and long-term objectives aligned with business priorities • Drive standardization of logistics processes, systems, and performance management practices across multiple Areas • Partner with senior operations leadership to develop scalable solutions supporting organizational growth • Champion technology, automation, and analytics to improve productivity, reduce operational friction, and enhance customer and employee experiences • Ensure consistency in leadership practices, coaching methodologies, and performance management standards across assigned Areas • Lead cross-functional teams designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise logistics solutions and business transformation initiatives • Provide strategic oversight for multiple Logistics operations and the managers responsible for execution • Develop and mentor logistics leaders • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives and identify opportunities to improve service, productivity, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction • Support transformation toward a discipline-based management model and scalable logistics operating structure • Travel significantly as needed to support operations, develop leaders, and drive consistency across locations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience • 10+ years of relevant work experience in the waste, environmental services, energy, or transportation industry • 5 years of supervisory or management experience, in addition to the education requirement • Ability to establish operational strategy, performance expectations, and long-term objectives • Experience standardizing logistics processes, systems, and performance management practices across multiple Areas • Experience developing scalable solutions supporting organizational growth • Experience using technology, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and customer and employee experiences • Experience with leadership practices, coaching methodologies, and performance management standards • Ability to lead cross-functional enterprise logistics and business transformation initiatives • Must have or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative for air travel or federal property access • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing
