📋 Description

• Manage a team of Brand Creator Associates through 1:1s, output review, quality standards, coaching, and development conversations • Partner with Account Directors and the Director of Creator Partnerships on performance feedback • Identify BCAs with aptitude for different career tracks • Own a portfolio of complex client accounts as the senior affiliate lead • Join client calls, direct strategy, and approve creative briefs • Lead onboarding for new clients and brands launching onto affiliate • Build initial creator pipelines and set outreach strategies • Establish sampling logistics and transition oversight as accounts stabilize • Partner on affiliate systems and tooling, surfacing execution friction and piloting process changes • Coordinate weekly creator tracking handoffs and creator graduation triggers with the Creator Management team • Partner with Account Managers and Account Directors on briefs, campaign alignment, and marketing calendar coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of affiliate marketing experience • 3+ years in an agency setting or equivalent multi-brand in-house experience • 3+ years in a people management capacity • 1+ year of TikTok Shop affiliate marketing experience in strategy or execution • Ability to join and present on client calls, lead strategy conversations, and present performance data • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Directors, Account Managers, and junior-level team members • Strong understanding of storytelling and content and their impact on consumer purchasing behavior • Strong analytical instincts and ability to identify drivers of creator and content performance beyond reporting metrics • Comfort with outreach and creator management tooling • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organization and attention to detail • 2+ years of TikTok Shop affiliate marketing experience desired • TikTok Live Shopping experience desired • Experience with Cruva, Euka, or similar TikTok Shop affiliate outreach platforms desired • Deep beauty or skincare category experience desired • Additional CPG, lifestyle, or fashion category experience desired
