📋 Description

• Oversee repairs and maintenance of the physical plant and grounds of each hotel within the region • Preserve Company assets in a safe and cost-effective manner according to Company programs and procedures • Manage necessary repairs • Monitor preventive maintenance procedures • Train property maintenance personnel in effective maintenance methods • Evaluate building problems and recommend repair solutions, including cost estimates • Communicate with hotel managers and staff • Ensure compliance with local codes and ordinances

🎯 Requirements

• General knowledge of building maintenance principles and practices • Skill and ability to repair complex heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems • Ability to evaluate building problems and recommend solutions • Ability to prepare cost estimates for repairs • Ability to communicate clearly with managers and hotel staff • Ability to train others in effective maintenance methods • Knowledge of local codes and ordinances
