📋 Description

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, and the Partnership Program Office • Develop and maintain cost estimation models and methods • Define estimating rationale to support stakeholder decisions • Review engineering changes, product definitions, supplier information, and manufacturing data • Provide stakeholders with manufacturing cost impact assessments • Support Manufacturing Readiness (MRL) through cost estimates and evaluations • Potentially participate in supplier and partner negotiations • Create cost estimation models and assess business implications of new product designs, new technologies, and product design changes • Create estimates for manufacturing processes • Share manufacturing knowledge and insights to grow team technical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical) or related technical degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • At least 5 years of manufacturing experience • Proficient in working within the NX environment • Capable of adapting to tools such as DFMA and aPriori • Able to collect and analyze data efficiently within the O365 ecosystem • Familiarity with statistical analysis • U.S. citizenship is required • Up to 15% domestic and international travel • Preferred: Experience in Export Control and CORE Apprentice Level training • Preferred: Basic understanding of Supply Chain/Strategic Sourcing processing of LTA agreements • Preferred: Experience with CAM programming and machining • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Matlab, and Python • Preferred: Experience with COPQ implications on part costs
