📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports supporting multiple programs and business initiatives • Collaborate with program managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective visualizations • Develop intuitive dashboards communicating KPIs, milestones, performance, and operational metrics • Refine existing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback to improve usability, clarity, and overall user experience • Connect and integrate data from enterprise systems, databases, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, APIs, and cloud data sources • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accurate, timely, and trusted information • Standardize dashboard layouts, visual design, naming conventions, and reporting best practices across programs • Monitor dashboard performance and optimize report efficiency for large datasets • Document dashboard architecture, data sources, calculations, and reporting processes

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • University Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • Experience developing interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, including connecting Power BI to multiple enterprise data sources • Experience with DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts • Experience with data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple concurrent projects • Experience supporting program management offices (PMOs) or enterprise portfolio reporting • Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations
