📋 Description

• Manage suppliers proactively to ensure on-time delivery through accurate status, oversight and recovery efforts • Present root cause and corrective actions to leadership based on performance metrics and supplier issues • Understand Statements of Work and hold suppliers accountable to requirements • Execute key metrics to ensure program performance • Formally document purchase orders in accordance with FAR/DFAR requirements • Perform post-award management activities, including PO acknowledgement, delivery status updates, expedites, risk mitigation, receiving issues and invoice issues • Interact significantly with suppliers in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams • Participate in supplier development activities when required • Support procurement activities for material across Raytheon programs

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience • Previous procurement experience • U.S. citizenship required • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy • Experience preparing and issuing RFQs to suppliers and following up to assure understanding • Experience documenting purchase orders, including award summaries, source justification, price analysis methodology, negotiation strategy and summary, performance to budget/target, and risk assessment • Understanding of Statements of Work (SOW) • Ability to support travel up to 25%
