📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume procurement desk while meeting accuracy and performance metrics • Prepare and issue RFPs and execute the PR-to-PO lifecycle • Perform price/cost analysis and place Firm Fixed Price, Letter Subcontracts, and cost-type POs in accordance with FAR/DFARS • Manage suppliers to ensure on-time delivery through status collection, oversight, and recovery efforts • Present root-cause and corrective actions to leadership based on performance metrics and supplier issues • Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations covering price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions • Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management teams • Travel as required and lead supplier onsite reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract • Ability to travel up to 25% • Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field preferred • Experience in development procurement • Experience managing a high-volume, quick-turn procurement desk • SAP-based environment experience • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including SOW, build-to-spec, and build-to-print procurements • Experience implementing/executing supplier recovery efforts • Experience executing FFP and Cost Plus Fixed Fee contracts • Familiarity with ITAR • Demonstrated knowledge/compliance with FAR/DFARS • Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles, including Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price • Experience assessing proposal compliance under FAR 15.4 • Must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
