📋 Description

• Lead high-volume recruitment efforts by developing and executing targeted sourcing, attraction, and hiring strategies • Manage the full recruitment life cycle and ensure timely, efficient, and compliant hiring • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through varied channels • Build relationships with Labor Relations, HR, Total Rewards, and other internal stakeholders • Ensure clear communication and follow-through for a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring-team experience • Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment outcomes and processes

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience • Full life cycle recruitment experience in a Department of Defense (DOD) environment • Experience recruiting engineering talent with security clearances • Experience sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals across different technical disciplines • Experience with the Workday Recruiting platform • U.S. Citizenship status required • Ability to access US-only data systems • Understanding of employment law principles and DOD compliance regulations preferred • Relationship building, client management, and influencing skills preferred • Passion for candidate experience and representing the RTX brand preferred
