📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs and enhancements in the Aftermarket and depot areas • Collaborate with functional Business System Experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Work with the HCL iMRO development team to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes • Debug and resolve system issues and provide technical support • Optimize existing ABAP code and perform code reviews for best practices and performance • Support system upgrades, patches, and other technical initiatives • Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in compliance with RTX standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline • 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HCL iMRO • Experience using HCL iMRO to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations, including executing system transactions and supporting maintenance or depot workflows • Experience troubleshooting application or system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing or supporting corrective actions • Experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD) • U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Preferred: experience communicating technical information, documenting project updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Preferred: experience participating in Agile development activities • Preferred: experience designing, documenting, or maintaining system architectures • Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA
