📋 Description

• Manage supplier relationships, development, and performance • Drive success in meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements • Drive metrics including Late to Place, Late to Dock, and Delinquent Material • Develop cost-reduction initiatives and performance-improvement plans for Raytheon Missiles & Defense programs and projects • Perform subcontract management of high-dollar purchase orders using integrated supply-chain models • Prepare RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQ solicitations • Analyze quotations and proposals using price/cost analysis techniques • Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations covering price, delivery, and terms • Place high-dollar, complex purchase orders • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans • Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as necessary to conduct business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation, or automotive • U.S. Person status: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • Experience analyzing cost and pricing data and determining proposal compliance • Experience with technical requirements for procured hardware and services, including Statement of Work (SOW) review • Experience placing high-dollar, complex purchase orders • Experience contributing to successful project completion that enhanced performance within an area of responsibility • SAP-based environment experience • Ability to execute competitive procurements, including developing evaluation criteria
