📋 Description

• Own aspects of the procurement process, from purchase order creation for material returns to vendor delivery management • Support the Buyer Support Group as a member of the Return to Vendor Team or Delivery Assurance Team • Support Acquisition Professionals and Raytheon Programs • Provide end-to-end visibility of the supply chain process from acquisitions through receiving and close-out • Prepare and issue Requests for Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers • Create and manage Return to Vendor purchase orders while ensuring contractual and quality compliance • Monitor and manage purchase orders for timely delivery, addressing delays, service issues, and financial impacts • Maintain electronic records, generate weekly progress reports, and monitor metrics • Contribute to procurement strategy, department procedure, and supply chain process improvements • Reconcile purchase and delivery discrepancies in compliance with contracts, purchasing policies, goals, and objectives • Participate in department and operational meetings; coordinate vendor issues and support compliance reporting • Maintain data discipline in SCM MRP/ERP and Pelico • Maintain positive and ethical customer, acquisition professional, and vendor relationships • Follow workplace operating, environmental health, and safety procedures and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced Degree in a related field • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • SAP experience • Demonstrated knowledge/compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal customers • Strong understanding of the Supply Chain lifecycle and roles/responsibilities at different project stages • Understanding of preparation of Return To Vendor purchase orders, including terms and conditions compliance • Understanding of delivery assurance follow-up processes for promised delivery dates and future planning • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Understanding of purchasing concepts, negotiation tactics/techniques, and material management principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with high attention to detail • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage high volume efficiently • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
