📋 Description

• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with governmental and corporate requirements • Demonstrate cost and schedule integration through the IMS • Assist with planning and cost estimating tasks • Perform analyses and prepare reports to help programs meet or exceed schedule commitments • Participate in preparing schedules for all contract work • Perform or assist with critical path, schedule risk, and variance analyses • Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines • Collaborate with the Program Planning Lead, Program Manager, finance, contracts, and technical leads • Ensure compliance with governmental and customer requirements • Report to the Program Planning Manager

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field • Experience using MS Office suite products, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software • U.S. citizenship required • Preferred: Accounting, Finance, Program Management, Program Planning & Scheduling, or experience within a DOD or Aerospace industry job function • Preferred: Experience interfacing with and influencing all levels of an organization • Preferred: Two+ years of professional experience in Program Planning & Scheduling • Preferred: Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process • Preferred: Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints • Preferred: Scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
