📋 Description

• Lead integration of Global Trade requirements into Digital Technology across Pratt & Whitney and its global sites • Advise Digital Technology and business transformation initiatives on jurisdiction and classification, authorizations and licensing, tangible and intangible transfers, and sanctions and screening • Translate Global Trade requirements into business and technology requirements • Identify compliance risks, gaps, and misalignment; recommend solutions and drive issues to resolution • Own assigned Global Trade technology capabilities, including classification and authorization tools, identity management, control ID management, and employee management solutions • Provide Global Trade functional oversight for infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, DevSecOps, AI/Analytics, and file-sharing environments • Oversee incorporation of Global Trade controls into system architecture, processes, and technology solutions • Lead master data, recordkeeping, and logging requirements, including JC data, country groupings, approvers, Export Aggregator, Centralized Logging, ExLog, and EwidApp • Ensure data quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements across assigned systems • Co-lead AECS capabilities and workstreams, advancing automation, data-driven controls, and Attribute-Based Access Control • Support digital portfolio planning, prioritization, delivery tracking, risk and dependency management, and budget/resource planning • Drive initiatives from requirements through implementation • Lead cross-functional teams across Global Trade, Digital Technology, and the business • Represent Global Trade on enterprise and corporate initiatives • Provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations • Travel between company sites as required, approximately 10%

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of experience in roles engaging compliance with the ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations using automated export compliance tools such as classification software, SAP-GTS, etc.; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of experience in such roles • U.S. Person status required • Experience with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations • Experience using automated export compliance tools such as classification software and SAP-GTS • Security clearance is not required • Approximately 10% travel between company sites as required
