📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution roadmap for Collins' multi-part skill development series • Partner with an external content partner to shape and adapt curriculum for Collins audiences • Build and manage the program calendar, sequencing rollout milestones and cohort timing • Develop and drive socialization and communication strategies to build leader awareness, buy-in, and participation • Lead program management of the rollout, coordinating logistics, tracking milestones, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery • Define and implement sustainment plans, including reinforcement touchpoints, manager toolkits, and measurement of behavior change • Evaluate rollout outcomes and learnings to inform strategy and prioritization for future skills • Facilitate select program sessions and/or support a facilitator network as needed • Brief senior and executive Collins leaders on rollout strategy, progress, and outcomes • Partner with RTX to provide Collins leaders visibility into accelerated and high-potential leadership talent • Serve as Collins' connection for RTX-run leadership pipeline programs • Help identify, nominate, and progress Collins candidates through leadership pipeline programs • Facilitate connections between program participants and Collins leaders • Reinforce RTX program milestones, communications, and expectations within Collins • Track and report Collins' representation and progression within the RTX leadership pipeline • Represent Collins in RTX-level leadership pipeline discussions and advocate for Collins talent

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • Experience owning strategy for multi-phase program rollouts, including planning, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking • Track record of operating with minimal oversight • Experience partnering with external vendors/content partners to deliver learning or development programs • Experience communicating with and influencing senior and executive leaders • Experience briefing executive-level stakeholders on program strategy and progress • Recognized subject-matter expertise in learning/talent program design and delivery • Experience improving existing program processes and practices • Experience working within a matrixed or enterprise organization (preferred) • Experience with leadership development or high-potential talent programs (preferred) • Facilitation experience or skill, with willingness to facilitate program content as needed (preferred) • Familiarity with talent analytics or program measurement (preferred) • Project/program management certification such as PMP is a plus • Experience in complex program design or consulting, with a track record of structuring ambiguous problems into actionable program strategy (preferred) • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required
