📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the R&C leadership team, providing financial insights on the new business pipeline, investments, capture, and operational efficiency • Oversee planning activities and align financial resources with strategic objectives • Deliver recommendations on pipeline priorities, customer and product strategies, and cost-efficiency opportunities • Develop and maintain financial models evaluating market positioning, new-business pipeline health, investment effectiveness, labor efficiency, and utilization metrics • Lead process improvements for data transparency, quality, and timeliness • Establish standardized reporting, dashboards, and business reviews for R&C leadership • Create advanced data visualizations and presentation materials that turn complex data into actionable leadership insights • Influence and collaborate with matrixed teams, functional peers, and leadership • Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested • Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations on federal and state/local public policy advocacy and development of new technologies and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 10 years of financial planning and analysis and/or business intelligence experience; or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience • 7+ years of experience leading financial planning and analysis activities for a global matrixed company • 7+ years of experience translating cross-functional data sets into actionable strategic and financial insights • Experience preparing and delivering visualizations and presentations to senior and executive leadership • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading through change • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Ability to reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Aerospace and defense industry experience preferred, including understanding of DoD contracts, cost structures, and government compliance standards • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and business intelligence tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred • Experience managing and developing a small team of analysts preferred
