📋 Description

• Lead a Hardware / Electrical Procurement team in sourcing and acquiring materials and services • Manage supplier performance and the complete purchase order lifecycle, including supplier development, requirement solicitations, purchase order award, post-award management, and closeout • Support procurement for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers • Manage supplier relationships supporting factory material needs • Lead preparation and issuance of RFQs/RFPs • Lead acquisition professionals placing high-volume, medium-complexity purchase orders in accordance with FAR/DFAR and corporate compliance requirements • Support and lead negotiation strategies and formal negotiations covering price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions • Ensure price and cost analysis techniques support proposals • Nurture business relationships with first-tier subcontractors • Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management teams • Manage metrics and analyze data to maintain purchase requisition and purchase order accuracy and timely supplier delivery information • Provide guidance during negotiations, supplier escalations, and major contractual decisions • Drive resolution of supplier performance gaps and accountability for service, quality, and delivery requirements

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience • Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or similar leadership role • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required • SAP/PRISM based environment experience preferred • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including Statement of Work (SOW) review preferred • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) preferred • Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles, including Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price, preferred
