📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for logistics and warehouse functions • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP-aligned system solutions • Design and configure transportation planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlement processes • Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP ERP (SD, MM, LE), carriers, 3PLs, and other external systems • Support end-to-end solution testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization • Collaborate with business, technical, client, and cross-functional stakeholders on data and process integration • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend continuous process improvements • Prepare functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, and reports • Conduct workshops demonstrating standard SAP TM processes and gather logistics and warehousing requirements • Work with the Global Trade and Services team on integration • Provide documentation and ongoing support • Manage multiple tasks independently and provide proactive support in a dynamic environment

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree • Hands-on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant, preferably including implementation and support exposure • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and TM configuration • Experience integrating EWM, SD, MM, and LE • Strong experience with S/4HANA TM, embedded or standalone • Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, including order management, freight units, and warehouse task execution • Deep understanding of Transportation Planning & Execution, Charge Management, and Freight Settlement • Familiarity with BOPF framework, PPO (Post Processing Office), and PFO (Process Freight Orders) • Exposure to SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or CPI for TM-EWM and TM-ERP integration • Understanding of logistics business processes and transportation networks • SAP TM certification is a plus • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations • Must work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. Territories • Security clearance is not required
