📋 Description

• Lead pursuit, proposal, planning, and execution of design and development projects for video and image processing devices • Develop project and program strategies for complex hardware disciplines and products • Ensure alignment with program, product line, and corporate goals while meeting certification requirements up to DO-254 DAL A • Communicate with Engineering, Program Management, Internal Leadership, Supply Chain, Operations, Service Centers, and customers • Lead delivery of the next-generation product line processing platform spanning boot, application, and RTOS software • Apply best-practice project management methodologies to next-generation avionics products and enterprise-wide products • Support hardware product lifecycle activities from requirements through verification • Establish and maintain a computing module platform product line serving a broad customer base • Travel up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required • Experience leading Video and Digital Processing in FPGA/ASIC or Software Products • Experience leading technical projects, including customer interaction and briefing leadership • Experience with DO-254 or DO-178 design assurance activities at DAL B or higher • Ability to interface with individual contributors, program management, and customers • Ability to effectively document and present work and status • Experience with Change Management, Earned Value Management, and Lifecycle Program Management • Experience with Microsoft Project, Subversion, Jira, Jama, DOORS, and other program management tools • Experience using FPGA/ASIC design, verification, simulation, and vendor-specific tools such as Questasim, Vivado, and Libero • Familiarity with chip-level verification techniques and languages, including constrained random, functional coverage, code coverage, LEC, and SystemVerilog
