📋 Description

• Own and manage electrical commodities/subcategories including cables, harnesses, capacitors, connectors, PCB/PCBA, and chips • Execute supplier production strategies from NPI through full production across Anduril’s business lines • Vet supplier production capabilities, factory layout, facilities, and workforce for Approved Supplier List inclusion • Support Product Sourcing Engineers, Global Strategic Sourcing Management, and Supplier Quality Engineers • Bring up new production tooling and lines at supplier sites • Ensure materials, processes, and tools meet product performance, quality, and demand requirements • Own supplier capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up • Establish and drive statistical process control reviews at suppliers • Identify and drive product, process, and factory layout improvements to reduce cost, supply risk, defects, and cycle time • Support root-cause task forces and close corrective/preventive actions at suppliers • Collaborate with internal engineering, quality, supply chain, manufacturing teams, and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field • 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment • Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, and GD&T • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance • Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or another related industry • Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and certifications • Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment • Exposure to working in a fast-pace, start-up environment • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
