📋 Description

• Engage with key stakeholders as a coordinator to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies and hiring needs • Schedule phone, in-person, and virtual interviews for hiring managers and interview teams • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates • Process candidate reimbursements in accordance with internal policies and procedures • Maintain accurate and timely data within TA systems and tools • Perform additional administrative duties to support end-to-end hiring • Work effectively with teams across all U.S. time zones • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, business leaders, and key stakeholders to support a seamless hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• AA/AS degree or other 2-year post-high-school training • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience • Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, customer service, or related administrative support • Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and coordinating multiple calendars across time zones • Experience learning and applying new systems, processes, or procedures as business needs change • Prior work experience as a Human Resources specialist/administrator preferred • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment • Ability to utilize HR systems such as Workday • Ability to understand and comply with Raytheon policies, procedures, and security functions • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure with accuracy • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
