📋 Description

• Identify Bottleneck/Capacity Constraints to develop improvement plans for on-time delivery • Acquire a vision of the big picture and enhance operational effectiveness • Drive for results and accomplish goals that satisfy Customer’s needs • Develop a strong understanding of products and their operational processes • Generate opportunities to break functional and operational barriers • Remove barriers to business goals specific to on-time delivery • Drive tasks/projects to completion including Leading Indicator data collection • Manage process improvement projects and support CORE operating system needs • Gather feedback and identify new improvement projects • Active participation in Commodity Days, EMMs and SEMOs • Travel up to 80% of your time within the Phoenix, AZ Area

🎯 Requirements

• A College Degree or equivalent experience • 5 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience. • Reside in the Phoenix, AZ Area • U.S. Citizenship
