📋 Description

• Own communication strategy and execution for global sales enablement programs • Design and manage learning journeys for ongoing sales enablement • Plan, calendar, and host live training sessions with subject matter experts • Develop and maintain a content roadmap based on stakeholder needs and program goals • Partner across field enablement, leader enablement, representatives, and leadership to identify gaps and priorities • Manage enablement projects end-to-end, including goals, resources, timelines, working cadence, and risk • Maintain knowledge of Rubrik products, value propositions, and customer use cases • Lead change management for new programs, processes, and tools • Apply analytics to generate insights, action plans, and progress tracking • Own AI tooling initiatives that improve workflow efficiency and content quality • Assess and contribute to CMS/LMS and enablement tooling strategy • Support end-to-end planning and execution of enablement events, including SKO

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, program/project management, or learning and development, ideally at a technical or SaaS company • Track record designing and delivering live and on-demand learning programs for sales or customer-facing audiences • Experience owning communication strategy and execution for distributed, field-facing audiences • Experience partnering with subject matter experts to build, validate, and refine technical or product content • Ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships across the business • Strong program management skills across concurrent programs, timelines, and stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with LMS/CMS or enablement tooling • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for events such as SKO, onboarding, and offsites
