📋 Description

• Architect a high-throughput, distributed platform serving as the single source of truth for patient data • Lead technical strategy for re-engineering core backend data systems for scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance • Tackle distributed systems challenges involving performance, uptime, and data integrity • Drive zero-to-one architectural decisions during a high-growth phase • Act as a technical leader and force multiplier for the engineering team • Design foundational infrastructure • Mentor engineers • Establish operational rigor • Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams on the engineering roadmap and product vision

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related professional experience • Experience building distributed and event driven systems • Experience with microservice development • Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders • Fluency in AI assisted development tools and frameworks • Ability to leverage AI assisted coding tools while maintaining quality guardrails • Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii
