📋 Description

• Guide how Rula grows • Partner with Product and Clinical Operations teams to shape patient retention strategy • Evaluate strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis • Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact • Inform growth and go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis • Build, own, and maintain scenario-based top-line forecasts • Partner cross-functionally to test strategic assumptions and drive operational accountability across teams • Navigate ambiguity and shape strategic decisions in a fast-paced collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles • Demonstrated track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis • Deep understanding of LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses • Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience building granular financial models to ingest and analyze complex datasets using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners • Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs, test strategic assumptions, and drive operational accountability • Must be based in the United States; Rula is currently not hiring in Hawaii • Preferred: experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses • Preferred: background in a high-growth or scaling company • Preferred: prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting • Preferred: experience partnering with Product, Clinical Operations, and Analytics teams
