📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective RunBuggyOne customers through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, email, and virtual sales channels • Qualify customer needs and guide customers through vehicle transportation options • Move qualified opportunities from initial inquiry through booking • Own follow-up, objection handling, conversion, and handoff for vehicle transportation and delivery • Maintain accurate customer, activity, and pipeline information in Zoho CRM • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams • Meet weekly and monthly activity, conversion, and sales targets • Refine outreach and follow-up based on customer response and results • Communicate the RunBuggyOne value proposition • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of inside sales, SDR, or full-cycle sales experience • Automotive, logistics, SaaS, or marketplace platform experience is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, etc. preferred • Comfort with high-volume outbound activity, including calls and email sequencing • Track record of hitting activity and pipeline metrics • CRM discipline and ability to maintain a clean pipeline • Strong verbal and written communication • Comfortable talking to potential customers • Coachable and energized by a fast-paced environment
