âą Build and continuously refine workforce models aligned with business demand drivers, including sales pipeline, renewals, account segmentation, and account complexity âą Develop and maintain group- and individual-level capacity models for Strategic Account Executives âą Create and evolve an account complexity framework and translate it into differentiated capacity assumptions âą Build weighted capacity models that account for client complexity âą Translate forecasted new business, client changes, and retention churn into hiring and coverage plans âą Develop scenario-based models for headcount, hiring timing, and organizational structure decisions âą Serve as the single source of truth for workforce planning updates to senior leadership âą Maintain real-time visibility into open roles, candidate pipeline status, and hiring progress âą Provide updates on hiring pipeline health, role prioritization, at-risk personnel, and backfill or capacity needs âą Support HR and leadership in translating workforce plans into hiring action âą Track and manage hiring pipelines from requisition approval through offer acceptance âą Support candidate prioritization based on workforce-modeling insights âą Own workforce dashboards showing individual SAE capacity and utilization âą Identify strain or inefficiency caused by account complexity and uneven workload distribution âą Deliver concise, executive-ready insights for hiring, backfill, account assignment, and segmentation decisions âą Identify risks related to turnover, performance, and demand shifts âą Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce assumptions and decisions âą Ensure workforce data is consistent, accurate, and reflected across systems and reporting âą Support alignment between workforce planning, compensation structures, and operational execution
âą 5+ years of experience building and using effective workforce planning models, capacity planning, and workforce analytics in a mid- to enterprise-sized organization âą Demonstrated experience building capacity models that account for variability rather than averages âą Experience modeling workload at an individual-contributor level, ideally in AM, SAE, or similar roles âą Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex inputs into practical decisions âą Experience supporting hiring planning and pipeline management processes âą Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and executive visibility âą Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable leadership updates âą Preferred: experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Account Management environments âą Preferred: familiarity with portfolio-based roles where account complexity drives workload models âą Preferred: experience building segmentation, coverage, or capacity models for client-facing teams
