📋 Description

• Drives execution of internal and external technology projects to completion • Coordinates project activities, maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders • Supports client-facing licensed software implementations as well as internal initiatives • Works closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to drive day-to-day execution • Maintains visibility into project status and keeps projects on track against timelines • Contributes to improving project delivery practices and supporting technology initiatives • Manages multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, tax, computer science, information systems (MIS) or equivalent STEM degrees or certifications, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proven ability to develop and cultivate meaningful relationships with internal/external clients resulting in client loyalty, trust, satisfaction and continued growth and expansion • Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access) • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asana, or similar • Experience with one or more data analytics and/or visualization platforms • Any project, process, or program management certifications, such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
