📋 Description

• Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements. • Create technical report specifications from indenture language. • Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems. • Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data. • As required, make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers. • As required, perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing). • Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and/or tax reports. • Coordinates with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made. • Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with VBA, SQL, and at least one modern scripting language such as Python • Demonstrated ability to build tools from scratch, not just maintain existing solutions • Proven experience debugging and resolving complex technical issues across VBA, SQL, and Python • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver solutions in a fast‑paced environment • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. • Experience in financial services, asset management, or capital markets (preferred) • Familiarity with CLOs, structured finance, or loan products (preferred) • Experience supporting reporting, reconciliations, or middle‑office operations (preferred) • Exposure to databases and reporting platforms commonly used in financial environments (preferred) • Experience improving or replacing Excel‑based EUCs with more scalable solutions (preferred)
