📋 Description

• Create forward-looking distribution strategies based on market research, data analysis, insurance industry trends, and competitive landscape • Evaluate and enhance distribution channel strategies to increase market share and improve customer acquisition and retention • Advise on distribution best practices and industry trends • Identify effective distribution channels including brokers, agents, online platforms, and other channels • Develop high-level distribution channel management strategies using advanced analytics and data-driven insights • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and report performance, trends, and critical areas to leadership • Build strategic partnerships with brokers, agents, industry influencers, and potential collaborators • Evaluate and recommend transformative technologies for distribution platforms • Lead integration of marketing strategies with distribution efforts • Oversee regulatory compliance with internal policies and insurance industry standards • Train and support distribution teams on tools, technologies, and strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Economics or Distribution preferred • 12+ years of experience in distribution strategy, agent onboarding, external-facing engagement, and channel management with a Bachelor’s degree • Alternatively, 8+ years of experience with a Master’s degree preferred • Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulatory compliance • Experience with brokers, agents, online platforms, and other distribution channels • Experience developing distribution strategies based on market research, data analysis, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Experience with advanced analytics tools and data-driven decision-making • Experience establishing and monitoring key performance indicators • Experience evaluating and integrating transformative technologies into distribution platforms • Experience integrating marketing strategies with distribution efforts • Experience providing training and support to distribution teams
