📋 Description

• Design, build and deliver instructionally sound eLearning and educational resources, including video, microlearning and quick reference guides • Design, develop and support learning programs for an enterprise-wide audience • Develop course outlines, scripts and related documents throughout design and development phases • Analyze and evaluate instructional approaches, materials and delivery methodologies for effectiveness and audience appropriateness • Design engaging learning activities aligned with Ryder’s goals, operating principles and competencies • Develop storyboards for e-learning and videos using creative, innovative and evidence-based approaches • Utilize virtual and web-based learning tools and resources, including Storyline and Rise • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop and implement courses and instructional resources • Establish, influence and communicate guidelines and recommendations for instructional design, content development and project management processes • Monitor trends in training and adult learning and apply them to Learning Design initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications or related field • 1+ years of professional instructional design experience • Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) • Experience in Camtasia • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop • Ability to provide samples demonstrating proficiency of Articulate 360 (Storyline) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong project management skills • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting demands • High attention to detail • Proficient time management, organization, planning and prioritization • Must be eligible to work in the United States based on the posting location
