📋 Description

• Provides leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors • Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved • Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation • Identify and solve operational issues with the account(s) • Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees • Maintain open and effective communications within the work group(s) • Review data, identify and implement necessary actions as required • Manage the profit and loss statements • Lead a proactive safety program within the work group(s) • Monitor the maintenance of equipment for assigned work group(s)

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred • Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred • Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required • Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required • Three (3) years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred • One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred
