📋 Description

• Manage daily system-to-system transactions related to warranty recovery • Maintain daily alignment of the general ledger and supporting systems • Balance daily transactions originating from Ryder employees • Provide accounting support to field operations, headquarters, and the warranty department • Prepare and analyze data for vendor communications regarding contracts, labor rates, guidelines, coverages, aged open claims, denied claims, chargebacks, pending goodwill reviews, and commercial claims • Assist with maximizing warranty credits and building vendor relationships • Assist with ad hoc projects and help the department achieve SLA commitments • Produce analytic reporting at vehicle and business unit level • Monitor, test, and modify internal controls of business processes • Provide support to field and warranty department staff • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED in general H.S. subjects plus 2 years occupational specific training beyond high school, Required • 2 years or more in accounting/finance related work experience, Required • MS Office knowledge, Intermediate, Required • Demonstrates analytical skills, Required • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Required • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization, Required • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment, Required • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills, Required • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices, Required • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, Required • Associate's degree in business/accounting/finance/computer science, Preferred • Continuous process improvement background, Preferred • Data mining and analytics, Intermediate, Preferred • Some positions may require employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
